In Hong kong, Ching Man has taught in the Macau Conservatory, Hong Kong Harp Chamber, local secondary schools and Tom Lee Music Academy. She is now the harp tutor of the Hong Kong Music Office and the International Christian Quality Music Secondary and Primary School, she also teaches privately at home. In London, she has led workshop with young children at the Wigmore Hall Chamber Tots Series.

 

She is a competent teacher who can work well with people of various temperaments and abilities. She believes music should be taught in a way which students do not only love playing music, but they also feels special, valued, and encouraged. She always have good relationships with students and her students have won competitions and received good acclaims, she was recently awarded as An Outstanding Teacher by the China Artist Association HKSAR Secretariat and the Hong Kong Arts and Cultural Foundation.
